Your mission
As
Senior Community Manager (m/f/x)
, you will be responsible for shaping and growing engaged communities around our work, with a particular focus on strengthening the Heilbronn AI ecosystem. You will be a connector, relationship builder, and advocate; you enjoy creating opportunities for knowledge exchange, collaboration and innovation. You will:
Map the ecosystem
Research and develop an overview of the AI innovation landscape, identifying key stakeholders, initiatives and partnerships.
Build and nurture relationships
Establish and maintain close ties with startups, corporates, policymakers and research institutions, with a focus on Heilbronn.
Design and lead community formats
Plan and deliver engaging events, workshops and publications tailored to community needs.
Collaborate across teams
Work with internal colleagues and external stakeholders to amplify community activities.
Develop long-term strategy
Co-create and implement approaches to sustainably grow communities in Heilbronn.
Measure impact
Track and analyse key community metrics to evaluate effectiveness and guide improvements.

Your profile
Experience
Bachelor's degree in business, political science or a related field. Practical experience outweighs formal education.
Networking
Experience working in or with startups (ideally in AI or tech) and strong ties to the German AI and/or startup ecosystem.
Community
expertise
Proven track record in community building, stakeholder engagement and event management.
Communication
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills; confident engaging with diverse stakeholders from startups to policymakers.
Tech-savvy
Comfortable using CRM tools (ideally HubSpot) and digital platforms to manage relationships.
Data-driven
Able to use analytics tools to measure community success and inform strategy.
Proactive
Self-starter with the ability to drive projects independently
Languages
Fluency in German and English (spoken and written).
