Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Communications Manager to lead the internal and external communications efforts for Siemens Xcelerator. This role is pivotal in shaping and amplifying the platform’s narrative, driving stakeholder engagement, and increasing familiarity and usage across diverse audiences.

You will develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies that align with Siemens Xcelerator’s business objectives, working closely with senior leadership, cross-functional teams, and external partners. A key focus will be on crafting impactful training and enablement content to foster understanding and adoption of the platform.

You’ll break new ground by

Strategic Communications Leadership

+ Develop and implement a comprehensive communications strategy that supports Siemens Xcelerator’s vision, positioning, and growth goals.

Stakeholder Alignment

+ Collaborate with internal business units, marketing, product, and partner teams to ensure consistent messaging and strategic alignment across all touchpoints.

Content & Campaign Development

+ Coordinate the creation of compelling content for internal channels, media, digital platforms, and executive communications. Ensure brand consistency and clarity.

Training & Enablement

+ Design and deliver communication-driven training programs and toolkits for internal teams, partners, and customers to increase platform knowledge and engagement.

Performance Measurement

+ Define important metrics and track the efficiency of communication initiatives in terms of awareness, engagement, and platform familiarity. Use insights to optimize strategies.

Reputation & Issues Management

+ Manage proactive and reactive communications, including media relations and crisis response, to protect and improve Siemens Xcelerator’s reputation.

You’re excited to build on your existing expertise, including

Education + Master degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or similar

Experience & Skills

+ Shown long-term experience in strategic communications, preferably in a tech-driven or platform business environment. + Strong understanding of internal and external communication dynamics, stakeholder management, and digital engagement.
+ Experience in developing training or enablement content is highly desirable.
+ Analytical approach with experience in using data to advise on communication strategies.
