Tangany, based in Munich, is a highly innovative technology company with a market-leading B2B solution for the custody of digital assets on the blockchain (e.g. cryptocurrencies, tokenized assets, NFTs). Our solution is already used by more than 40 institutional customers. Tangany is regulated by the German federal financial supervisory authority, BaFin.



Using our modern blockchain API, we enable our customers to easily and securely integrate blockchain functionalities into their systems. This white-label solution saves high development costs and time, enabling fast market access and easy usability for end users. Regulatory requirements can be covered for appropriate assets via Tangany's crypto custody license if required.



For our continued growth, we are looking for a Cloud Platform Engineer (f/m/d) to join our team and play a key role in a highly efficient, cross-functional environment. As part of the Tangany Platform Engineering Team, you will design and develop a scalable and reliable Internal Developer Platform (IDP), significantly streamlining operations and enhancing productivity across our product services.



Tasks



Manage and configure core Microsoft Azure services to ensure a robust and scalable infrastructure. Automate provisioning, testing, and deployment using advanced CI/CD pipelines with GitHub and Azure DevOps. Implement end-to-end observability solutions with tools like Azure Monitor, Grafana, Prometheus, and OpsGenie. Champion infrastructure excellence by ensuring security, reliability, performance, and cost-efficiency. Collaborate closely with API and Blockchain development teams to enhance developer productivity and user experience. Advise product owners, technical leads, and other stakeholders on best practices in release management, deployment automation, and testing strategies to effectively support new product designs.

Requirements



Several years of experience in software development, DevOps, and release management. Deep knowledge of Microsoft Azure, including service design, deployment, and management. Proven experience with Kubernetes, ideally Azure Kubernetes Services (AKS). Proficiency in Terraform, Shell scripting, and Git-based workflows. Strong experience in monitoring and alerting with Log Analytics Workspaces, Application Insights, Prometheus, Grafana, and OpsGenie. Solid expertise in Azure networking (VNETs, NAT, Firewalls, Private Link, Front Door, WAF, DNS). A strong focus on implementing and maintaining security best practices. Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps. Ideally: in-depth experience with APIs, automated API testing, staging/blue-green deployments, and static code analysis tools. Enthusiasm for blockchain technologies; blockchain knowledge is a plus. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Fluent in English ( > B2); German is a plus.
