Our team is responsible for scaling the calibrations and validation of Apple’s products to millions of devices and guaranteeing a high level of accuracy for millions of devices. Our solutions are used for design validation before and during New Product Introduction (NPI) and are transferred to mass production.




Description



The role of the Computational Imaging Scientist is to develop and deploy systems and algorithms using computational metrology to solve cutting edge challenges in the product design space. You will have the opportunity of crafting and innovating the algorithms that will enable highly effective and versatile instruments by using state-of-the art computational approaches.

Preferred Qualifications



Familiarity with 3D imaging display calibration and metrology

Competence in algorithm development in C++, Rust

Experience with simulation, modeling and statistical tools (MATLAB, Python)

Estimated Travel: Up to 25% international travel

Location: Munich, Germany
