YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

You act as the central point of contact for our corporate countries within the international damage department You use data-driven analyses to identify root causes, drive operational performance, and uncover development opportunities You monitor and manage KPI performance across assigned markets, ensuring transparency and timely follow-up You coordinate strategic and operational initiatives, from requirement definition to rollout and automation (e.g., RPA) You collaborate closely with IT, controlling, and cross-functional task forces to optimize workflows and resolve support requests You drive continuous process improvement and knowledge transfer across the international damage network.

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

Education

You hold a degree in business, process management, business informatics, analytics, or a comparable field

Experience

You bring proven experience in operations, business analysis, or project management – ideally within mobility or car rental

Mindset

You combine strong analytical and conceptual skills with an independent and structured way of working

Digital Savvy

You have a digital mindset and are familiar with process improvement tools or methods (e.g., process mining, RPA, Jira, Confluence)

Communication

You have excellent communication and presentation skills in English; German is a plus

Motivation

You enjoy working in an international environment and managing complex cross-country topics
