What you´ll do

Lead European brand strategy and steers brand portfolio as well as trademark strategy Develop strategies to ensure consistent customer experience Manage and coordinates brand architecture in terms of nomenclature, book-values etc. Develop brand guidelines to ensure consistency in look and feel Analyze brand health indicators Organize market research and develops plans to address deviations in brand structure Support marketing team in developing product/concept communication materials to position Henkel BU across all Customer Touch points Develop systematic approaches and programs to identify and map Consumer Journey Generating long-term innovation ideas and developing them with technical functions

What makes you a good fit

Bachelor/Master degree in Business Administration, preferably Marketing 5+ years of relevant work experience in FMCG (Marketing & Sales positions) Product development experience preferred Driven by results & curious by nature, always testing, learning & optimizing what works best Team player at heart Fluent English skills (required), German is a plus
