Senior Brand Manager Amazon (m/f/d)

to strengthen our Amazon presence across multiple markets.

Your Role & Responsibilities

As

Senior Brand Manager Amazon (m/f/d)

, you will hold full responsibility for our Amazon business across all marketplaces (DE, FR, IT, ES, UK, US). You will lead a small, motivated team and ensure sustainable growth, profitability, and operational excellence.

Amazon Management

Full

P&L responsibility

for our Amazon sales channels (revenue, costs, profit)

Lead and develop a small team

(Brand Manager, Working Student, Designer) Define, optimize, and scale Amazon

PPC strategies

across all markets (operational execution supported by your team) Leverage tools such as S

ellerboard, Helium10, and SellerSonar

for campaign management and automation

Reporting & analysis

: translate performance data into actionable strategies Monitor keywords, categories, and competitor activity to identify trends & growth opportunities Oversee

Amazon SEO

& content (listings, creatives, personalization uploads) Define and implement

pricing strategies

&

A/B tests

Ensure

account health

& act as main contact for Amazon Account Managers Monitor customer feedback & reviews for continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For

Experience

: 2–3+ years hands-on Amazon expertise, especially PPC campaign management

Leadership

: First experience in leading and developing team members

Skills

: Strong Excel & data analysis capabilities

Languages

: Fluent in both German & English (spoken & written)

Mindset

: Entrepreneurial, reliable, detail-oriented, and a proactive communicator

Ownership

: Self-driven with a strong sense of accountability and initiative

What We Offer

Competitive salary:

€60,000 – €80,000 base

, plus a

substantial performance-based bonus
