melu kids is Europe’s No. 1 Amazon seller for personalized name labels and stamps for kids. With our office and production in Berlin, plus an additional facility in Dallas (USA), we combine entrepreneurial drive with deep Amazon expertise. Now we are looking for a Senior Brand Manager Amazon (m/f/d) to strengthen our Amazon presence across multiple markets.

Tasks



Your Role & Responsibilities

As Senior Brand Manager Amazon (m/f/d), you will hold full responsibility for our Amazon business across all marketplaces (DE, FR, IT, ES, UK, US). You will lead a small, motivated team and ensure sustainable growth, profitability, and operational excellence.



Amazon Management



Full P&L responsibility for our Amazon sales channels (revenue, costs, profit) Lead and develop a small team (Brand Manager, Working Student, Designer) Define, optimize, and scale Amazon PPC strategies across all markets (operational execution supported by your team) Leverage tools such as Sellerboard, Helium10, and SellerSonar for campaign management and automation Reporting & analysis: translate performance data into actionable strategies Monitor keywords, categories, and competitor activity to identify trends & growth opportunities Oversee Amazon SEO & content (listings, creatives, personalization uploads) Define and implement pricing strategies & A/B tests Ensure account health & act as main contact for Amazon Account Managers Monitor customer feedback & reviews for continuous improvement

Requirements



What We’re Looking For



Experience: 2–3+ years hands-on Amazon expertise, especially PPC campaign management Leadership: First experience in leading and developing team members Skills: Strong Excel & data analysis capabilities Languages: Fluent in both German & English (spoken & written) Mindset: Entrepreneurial, reliable, detail-oriented, and a proactive communicator Ownership: Self-driven with a strong sense of accountability and initiative Growth drive: Eager to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
