What you´ll do

Support in developing and implementing brand strategy to drive brand equity and ensure an accretive innovation pipeline Steer global innovation pipeline through end-to-end project management of multifunctional project teams (including R&D, supply chain and packaging) from first idea to launch and beyond Organize market research and develop plans to address deviations and drive brand growth Lead communication development to ensure distinct and impactful communication that drives brand equity and supports successful innovations Ensure great execution though collaboration with steering teams Responsible for the development of interns, dual students or working students within the team Plan, manage and adhere to budget

What makes you a good fit

Master’s degree in marketing, economics, international management or other relevant field Minimum 3 years of work experience in brand management within an international FMCG company Experience in project management Previous marketing experience, ideally internationally with innovation focus Excellent communication skills Strong analytical skills and financial understanding and firm knowledge of MS Office applications Fluent in English
