Drive end-to-end analytics projects across E-Commerce (Paid Marketing, CRM, Product), translating business questions into actionable insights
Extract, consolidate, and model data from ERP systems and the Data Warehouse using SQL, and build automated data feeds for CRM and marketing platforms (e.g. Emarsys)
Develop and analyze customer segments and audiences to support personalization, retention, and lifetime value optimization
Own and continuously improve BI and Web Analytics systems (e.g. Looker, Power BI, GA4), including dashboards, KPIs, and data quality; support tracking implementations (e.g. GTM, Firebase, Adjust)
Collaborate closely with Marketing, E-Commerce, ERP, BI, and Finance teams and actively promote a data-driven mindset
Your Profile
Several years of experience working with customer and marketing data, ideally in E-Commerce, Retail, or Fashion
Strong quantitative background (e.g. Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science) with experience in statistical analysis
Solid understanding of ERP systems and Data Warehouse architectures, with strong skills in SQL and Python and experience using BI tools (e.g. Looker, Power BI)
Deep knowledge of marketing and e-commerce analytics, including hands-on experience with web and app tracking data
* Ability to work independently, communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders, and a high level of initiative; excellent English (German is a plus)
