What You’ll Do

Design and develop

robust, scalable, and high-performance backend services using Go and Java, contributing to the evolution of our core platforms.

Architect and implement

solutions within an

event-driven paradigm

, leveraging

Kafka

to ensure seamless data flow and system reactivity.

Tackle fascinating challenges

around how

Time

is managed, processed, and presented in a globally distributed scheduling product.

Collaborate closely

with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate complex requirements into technical designs and deliver delightful user experiences.

Champion best practices

in code quality, testing, continuous integration, and deployment, ensuring the reliability and maintainability of our systems.

Contribute to a culture

of continuous learning and technical excellence.

What You Bring

A strong foundation in computer science fundamentals:

Data structures, algorithms, distributed systems, and software design principles.

Experience

shipping high-quality, production-ready backend services.

Hands-on expertise

with

Go

and/or

Java

in a professional development setting.

Deep understanding and practical experience

with

reactive systems

and

event-driven architectures

, particularly with

Kafka

.

A passion for solving complex problems

and a commitment to delivering elegant, efficient, and scalable solutions.

Experience with cloud platforms

(e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.

Excellent communication skills

and the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

A collaborative spirit

and a desire to work in an agile, fast-paced environment.
