Job Description

This role will be a part of our growing Platform Solutions team. The primary responsibility would involve working on Oxane’s proprietary platforms in Private Credit+ space. The incumbent is expected to take lead on client projects assigned to her/him, working directly with top investment banks, Asset Management, Investment firms. This role is at the intersection of finance & technology (FinTech) and provides a steep learning curve in the evolving landscape of Private Credit+. The candidate will gain exposure to diverse asset classes and master the complexities of deal structures.





Work directly with the clients on various investment transactions for performing asset backed loan portfolios, real estate and specialty financing Analyse and comprehend modelling inputs from deal documents such as information memorandums, servicer reports, facility agreements and other legal reports and help onboard the deals on Oxane’s tech platform Create comprehensive working file using excel, transform, and load data into database via standard ETL process Use SQL to query data and create views to support report implementation Configure report components using facts, dimensions, and configurator parameters in JavaScript Assist the client in their specific needs for ad-hoc analytics, portfolio monitoring, surveillance and

reporting

Act as Business analyst for Platform features, client changes and issues working closely with

development team

Act as extended client team for asset management reporting, financial due diligence, post-deal

analysis and business planning

Probable Shift timing – 11 AM to 8 PM. Candidate should be open to serve early US open 4pm-1am shift

Requirements

B.E. /B. Tech in Computer Science or IT along with MBA/PGDM in Finance is mandatory. Strong acumen for engineering technology-driven solutions will be preferred Good understanding of financial & lending/debt concepts, Advanced Excel functions, with SQL (must have – Advanced level), along with understanding of Data Architecture, Storage and Normalization Prior experience with similar engagement will be given preference Good attention to detail and a logical thought process to analyze large amounts of qualitative and quantitative data Strong written and verbal communication skills
