As our

Senior AI & Data Scientist

, you’ll lead the design and delivery of advanced Machine Learning and Generative AI solutions that accelerate our digital transformation, from predictive analytics to intelligent automation and beyond.

What you´ll be doing:

Design, train, and validate cutting-edge ML and Generative AI models that address real business challenges across production, sales, engineering, and R&D Explore, clean, and transform complex datasets to unlock insights and ensure high model performance Work with MLOps and IT teams to bring models into production, monitor their performance, and continuously improve them Develop and fine-tune LLM-based applications, retrieval-augmented generation pipelines, and prompt engineering strategies for practical business use Partner with data engineers, business stakeholders, and domain experts to align AI initiatives with measurable business outcomes Coach junior data scientists, contribute to internal AI standards, and promote best practices across teams Stay ahead of AI trends, evaluate new algorithms and tools, and help define our technology roadmap

What you bring:

Degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, or a related field 5+ years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Data Science projects Proficiency with modern ML and GenAI frameworks (e.g. scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, HuggingFace) End-to-end AI project experience, from data exploration to production deployment Strong Python programming skills and familiarity with software engineering best practices (version control, CI/CD) Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and MLOps tools (MLflow, DVC, Azure ML) Understanding of Generative AI concepts (LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, RAG systems) Solid data handling skills using SQL, Pandas, and/or PySpark Fluent in English
