Job Description

Lyca Mobile is seeking a strategic and results-driven Affiliate Manager to lead the planning, growth, and optimization of our affiliate marketing program across Germany (DE), Austria (AT), and Switzerland (CH). This is a critical, sales-driven role focused on driving significant revenue growth through strategic partnerships. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management and strategy of the Affiliate channel, ensuring it works in synergy with our other marketing efforts and contributes to our overall business goals.

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)



Own the Affiliate Channel Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute the annual and quarterly strategy and planning for the DACH affiliate program. This includes forecasting, budget management, and setting clear KPIs for growth. You will proactively recruit, onboard, and manage a high-performing network of affiliates to achieve these goals. Develop & Execute Commercial Strategy: Design and implement a competitive commission strategy to incentivize affiliate performance and maximize ROI. You will lead direct negotiations with key publishers to secure premium placements, exclusive deals, and other high-impact collaborations. Ensure Cross-Channel Synergy: Collaborate with other marketing channel owners (Paid Search, SEO, Social Media, CRM) to ensure a cohesive customer journey. You will leverage your cross-channel understanding to identify opportunities for collaboration, manage de-duplication, and maximize overall marketing effectiveness. Manage Operations & Tracking: Oversee the end-to-end operational aspects of the affiliate channel. This includes ensuring accurate tracking of sales and leads, validating transactions, managing commission payments, and resolving any technical issues with our affiliate partners and major affiliate networks (e.g., Awin, Tradedoubler, CJ).

What You Bring (Qualifications & Experience)



Experience: You have 3-5 years of dedicated, hands-on experience in affiliate marketing, with a proven track record of growing a successful program. Market Focus: Proven experience managing affiliate programs specifically for the DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) market is essential. Network & Platform Expertise: Hands-on experience working with major affiliate networks such as Awin, Tradedoubler, and CJ (Commission Junction) is a primary requirement. Core Affiliate Skills: You are an Affiliate Marketing expert with strong negotiation, relationship management, and analytical skills. You must have direct experience with commission strategy, performance tracking, and direct publisher outreach. Cross-Channel Understanding: You have a solid understanding of the broader digital marketing ecosystem (SEO, PPC, Social, CRM) and how the affiliate channel interacts with and complements them. Languages: Fluency in both German and English (written and verbal) is mandatory.
