Scope and close new business within accounts across the globe
Own and run the full sales cycle from demo to close
Design, develop, and deliver enablement programs, playbooks, and training for the sales team
Keep our CRM and pipeline organized, with a strong handle on forecasting and deal progress
Share customer feedback and work with engineering to shape our product
What we’re looking for
5+ years of experience in a quota-carrying, software sales role
A consistent track record of overachievement against a quota of €1m+
Excellent communication skills and a natural ability for storytelling
Ability to grow into a team leadership position as our company expands
Track record of team leadership with accountability for collective results
