Anforderungen:

Du hast einen ausgeprägten Servicegedanken und sorgst bei den Kunden und im Team für ein freundliches Klima Du bist freundlich, aufgeschlossen und hilfsbereit Du trittst als Vorbild auf, bist flexibel und belastbar Du übernimmst Eigeninitiative und handelst selbstverantwortlich Du hast keine Angst mit anzupacken und Verantwortung zu übernehmen Du bist organisiert und kannst einen einwandfreien Betriebsablaufs sicherstellen Du kannst in stressigen Situationen einen kühlen Kopf behalten und priorisieren Erfahrungen in der Mitarbeiterführung und Kostenmanagement von Vorteil Du bist ein Teamplayer. Du kannst das Team führen, trainieren und motivieren Führung von Schichten Sicherstellung eines einwandfreien Betriebsablaufs Betriebswirtschaftliches Wissen Gute Kommunikative Fähigkeiten bzw. Deutsch und oder English Kenntnisse

Deine Aufgaben:

Du leitest den Store und bist verantwortlich für Personal-, Wareneinsatz – und Budgetplanung Aktive Mitarbeit und Leitung des operativen Tagesgeschäftes Personalleitung und die Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeiter Erstellung von Dienstplänen und Urlaubsplänen Warenwirtschaft Kassenbestände/ - abrechnungen Planung und Kontrolle der Abläufe Sicherstellung der Qualitäts-, Sicherheits- und Hygienestandards Unterstützung bei der Suche und Mitwirkung bei der Auswahl neuer Mitarbeiter Kontrolle wichtiger Kennzahlen wie Produktivität, Personalkosten und Wareneinsatz Setzen von Qualitäts- und Serviceziele

You are a team player. You can lead, train and motivate the team Lead shifts Ensure the smooth running of operations Business management knowledge Good communication skills and knowledge of German and/or English

Your tasks:

Active participation and management of the daily business operations Personnel management and training of new employees Creation of duty rosters and holiday schedules Merchandise management Cash registers/accounting Planning and controlling procedures Ensuring quality, safety and hygiene standards Supporting the search for and assisting in the selection of new employees Control of important key figures such as productivity, personnel costs and use of goods Setting quality and service targets
