About the team:

You will work in the broader Product Management-Team of SAP Signavio that defines the long-term vision and roadmap of one of SAP\'s fastest growing product lines.

What you\'ll do:

Position title: SAP Signavio iXp Intern (f/m/d) - Software Developer
Work Area: Software-Research
Location: Berlin (remote work possible within Germany)
Expected start date: November 1st, 2023

In this role, you\'ll:

• Contribute to open-source tooling for working with open research data in the business process management/business process intelligence domain
• Define tooling requirements with internal stakeholders
• Use the tooling for data analysis and document the results, as internal write-ups and openly available tutorials

Who you are:

• You are a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences. We\'re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
• You are fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Ideally, you are interested in working with SAP in the long run.

You have the following required skills:

• Good knowledge of at least one programing languages
• Some knowledge of Python
• Basic knowledge of version control software
• Basic knowledge of test-driven development
• Basic knowledge of business process management
• Basic knowledge of logic, knowledge representation, and reasoning
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Good scientific writing skills
• Advanced Python programming skills
• Ability to create JavaScript-based user interfaces
• Broad business process management knowledge, and the creative ability to apply computer science and software engineering skills to solve business process management problems
