Act as a proactive business partner to the business, identifying and consulting reporting requirements to the dormakaba business functions – analysis, conceptual design, valuation of solution alternatives, implementation and functional testing Development and maintenance of existing SAP BI system landscape, consisting of SAP Business Warehouse (BW), SAP DataSphere (DSP), SAP BusinessObjects (BO) and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Implement group strategic reporting projects in the SAP BI environment – active participation and/or coordination – through all phases, from the project preparation up to GoLive and Hypercare Coordinate external consultancy partners and colleagues of offshore staff augmentation. Carrying out of knowledge transfer sessions and trainings Managing and solving of support issues – requests, incidents etc. – with a Global Service Delivery Organization (Global Capacity Centre) as 2nd / 3rd level support Use the global standards to achieve simplicity in reporting and to enable short and parallel implementation projects. Closely work with Area GIT and business functions to ensure Local, Area and Group reporting solutions are aligned. Consult HQ and Area business functions that reporting figures are consistent and possible to be benchmarked Steering the business regarding global reporting Encourage a vital and productive atmosphere throughout area of responsibility

Technical Skills:

SAP Backend:


BW on HANA: Data modelling / ETL-Design, including ABAP programming. User administration and authorizations (classical role concept and analysis authorizations). System maintenance (release management, support packages etc.). Integrated Planning (IP) knowledge is an advantage HANA native development (calculation views, attribute views, SQL script …) BW/4HANA knowledge is a plus SAP DataSphere: Modelling, Dataflows and administration (space-management, roles and authorizations)

SAP Frontend:


Query Designer / Bex-Suite SAP BusinessObjects: Analysis for MS Office (AfO), Lumira SAP BO incl. BI Launchpad, Lumira, Web-Intelligence (Webi) SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC): Stories, application design, planning functions, administration (licenses, roles and authorizations)

SAP ERP / ECC:


Data extraction (DataSources / CDS Views), database knowledge (source tables). Process knowledge in several ERP modules – i.e. FI, CO, MM or SD – is an advantage


Other skills:


High process and project management skills Highly analytical Experienced in national and international IT projects High level of convincing and execution German and English business fluent Teamwork and communication skills Resilience Willingness to travel

Education:


IT and/or Business Background: Ideally degree in computer science or business informatics or economics or equal education More then five years of professional experience, preferable as consultant
