ABOUT THE JOB
Are you a sales-driven professional with a driving school background? Join our growing team in Germany!
We are currently expanding in Germany and are looking for a Salesperson with experience as a driving instructor or as a teacher in vehicle or machine operator training. In this role, you’ll take charge of sales initiatives, managing the entire sales process from start to finish. TASK
Actively drive the sales of our products.
Actively use our sales strategies and sales process along the customer´s journey – from first contact to deal and start-up.
Continuously expand your network and create new strategic partners.
With the base in product knowledge, you will independently create solutions and quotations.
You will be the customer´s first point of contact.
Plan and execute customer visits, product demonstrations, and trade fair participation.
Follow up on leads, quotations, and ongoing projects to ensure customer satisfaction and deal closure.
Collect market insights, customer feedback, and competitor information to help refine sales strategies.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with campaigns and launches.
Handle administrative follow-up and reporting in CRM, ensuring data quality and transparency.

REQUIREMENTS
Experience from a driving school as an instructor/owner, or as a teacher in vehicle or machine operator training
Driver´s license is required for this position.

TRAVEL & WORK ENVIRONMENT
You will work primarily from your home office but spend around 50% of your time visiting customers and partners across Germany. Occasional travel to Sweden for training, team meetings, and events may be required.
