Als

Sales Support Specialist (m/w/d)

bist du die zentrale Schnittstelle für unsere Vertriebsorganisation und interne Teams. Du sorgst für reibungslose Abläufe, präzise Dokumentation und termingerechte Koordination, damit sich unser Außendienst voll auf die Kundenbetreuung und Umsatzsteigerung konzentrieren kann.

Deine Aufgaben als Sales Support Specialist (m/w/d) bei Align:

Pflege von Daten und Angeboten im CRM-System Erstellung und Verwaltung von Verträgen und Dokumenten Koordination von Zertifizierungskursen und internen Prozessen Unterstützung bei Bestellungen, Logistik und Reporting Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb, Finance und Operations

Deine Fähigkeiten und Expertise:

Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst, Sales Support oder Backoffice Sicherer Umgang mit CRM-Systemen und MS Office Organisationstalent und hohe Detailgenauigkeit Kommunikationsstärke und Teamorientierung Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
