2care4 is an international company that has experienced rapid growth in the field of parallel imports of pharmaceuticals and generics since its founding in 2005. Currently, around 380 employees support the business at various locations across Europe. The company’s headquarters is in Esbjerg, Denmark.

For our site in Cologne-Ossendorf, which houses our two subsidiaries, 2care4 GmbH and Allomedic GmbH, we are looking for an Sales support to join our Sales team as soon as possible. The position is a maternity leave substitute with an expected duration of at least 12-15 months, with the possibility of extension.

Your tasks

General support of our sales team First point of contact for inquiries from German pharmacies (via email and phone) Responsible for managing our telephone switchboard Registration of new product launches and price adjustments Maintenance of master data Back-office support for our country management Daily dispatch of invoices to our customers Regular communication and coordination with our Sales, Quality, and Operations departments Close collaboration with our German warehouse and our headquarters in Denmark (Purchasing, Sales, Product Development, Operations)

About you

There are several ways to enter the position, and your educational background is not decisive, but we are looking for the following professional and personal competencies:

A completed commercial apprenticeship, ideally in the pharmaceutical industry Experience with MS Office and/or a general affinity for new systems and applications Knowledge of Microsoft Navision is an advantage Fluent in German and very good English skills for communication with our headquarters (English is the company language)

You will report to a Danish team leader who works at the headquarters in Denmark, but you will be part of a German Sales team and have a dotted line to the German Country Manager, who is in the office in Cologne.

The position is full-time and is to be filled as soon as possible. Interviews will be held on an ongoing basis and employment will take place when the right candidate is found.
