We’re looking for a driven and trustworthy
Sales Specialist in
Germany
to represent our company in the region and be the direct link between our innovative agrobiotech solutions and the people who need them. In this role, you will act as the official representative of the company in
Mecklenburg-Vorpommern region
– building strong, long-term relationships with individual customers, advising them on the best solutions, and ensuring our brand is seen, heard, and respected across the region. This is more than just a sales position – it’s an opportunity to be the face of a growing company, represent its values, and help shape the future of agriculture one client at a time.
WE EXPECT:
1–2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role (preferably B2C)
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
Visit and consult individual clients (e.g., farmers, homestead owners) across the region
Understand customer needs and provide tailored agrobiotech product recommendations
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Self-driven, goal-oriented, and adaptable to change
Comfortable using CRM tools and digital communication platforms
Fluency in English (other languages are a bonus)
Knowledge of the agriculture is a plus
