Order management

Telephone Hotline:

customer orders acceptance by telephone, e-mail, fax, sales reps, eStore

Entering orders

Checking and adjusting prices due to credits

Observing special conditions

Back orders

Order processing à Create invoices

Support customers who are ordering through eStore

Adapt customer data

Complaint processing à reversal of goods & credit note processing

Collective invoicing

Education and Experience

Successfully completed commercial training
