Sales Representative / Technical Field Service (m/f/d) for Italy – Full Time

We are looking for a reliable and committed sales professional to support our team, provide competent customer service and to independently oversee the entire sales process.



Location: Italy Starting February 2026 Schedule: Customer visits on four days a week / home office one day a week

Your Responsibilities

Sales and Revenue Responsibility

Responsibility for sales and revenue growth of the product lines prosthetics, orthotics, materials and c-fab Analysis of sales figures for the continuous optimization of revenue and customer satisfaction

Customer Consultation and Service

Customer acquisition andconsulting for existing customers Training and support for customers during product adjustment and use You are a competent contact person for customers in close coordination with the internal sales, marketing and sales management teams

Traveling and Field Service

Efficient planning and execution of customer visits in the sales region Increase of revenue and customer satisfaction by being locally present

Marketing and Trade Fair Activities

Participation in trade fairs, workshops and further training for network maintenance and market development

Your Profile

Trained master orthopedic technician, orthopedic technician or orthopedist Good knowledge of prosthetics Experienced in sales and/or technical field service Good negotiating skills and service mentality Ability to support customers as a consultant and problem solver Organisational skills Good computer skills (Microsoft Office) You speak Italian and have good English skills (C1); knowledge of German is of advantage Place of residence is Italy, preferably South Tyrol/Northern Italy
