Tavsan Europe is an international company operating in the field of state-of-the-art solutions for poultry production, including broiler and turkey meat production, table eggs, hatching eggs, and agricultural ventilation systems. Tavsan Europe is a sister company of Tavsan A.?., which is headquartered in Istanbul and operates modern manufacturing facilities in Türkiye. Founded in 1975, Tavsan has been continuously expanding and improving its operations for nearly 50 years. As part of our ongoing growth and development strategy, we have opened a warehouse and office in Emsbüren, Lower Saxony, Germany. To strengthen our team in Emsbüren, we are looking for motivated and qualified employees to join Tavsan Europe.
Job Description
Manage sales activities for poultry equipment (broiler, breeder and layer systems; feeding, drinking, ventilation, etc.) Actively sell to international markets, especially Russian-speaking countries Manage existing customer portfolio and acquire new customers Develop and manage dealer and distributor relationships Prepare project-based offers in coordination with the technical team Participate in customer visits, exhibitions, and field activities Monitor sales targets and prepare regular sales reports
Requirements
Minimum
3–5 years of experience
in poultry equipment salesFluent Russian and English
(spoken and written) –mandatory
German language skills are an advantage
Experience in B2B and project-based sales Proficient in MS Office applications Willingness to travel internationally Strong communication and negotiation skills Target-oriented and result-driven mindsetWhat We Offer
