Job Description
BM Ingredients is a leading distributor of high-quality herbal extracts. We supply these extracts to private label clients and contract manufacturers, and the market is expanding rapidly. We are looking for an experienced sales professional to join our team.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the nutraceuticals industry. Fluency in English and at least one additional language (German preferred). Strong teamwork skills and flexibility. Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PDF) as these tools are used daily. Strong communication and negotiation skills, particularly for dealing with our suppliers in India and China.

Develop and maintain relationships
with new and existing clients in the nutraceutical industryIdentify and pursue new business opportunities
, expanding the company’s client base across EuropePrepare and follow up on quotations
, ensuring timely and accurate communication with clientsNegotiate pricing and contract terms
in collaboration with managementCoordinate with the logistics and purchasing teams
to ensure smooth order processing and on-time deliveriesMonitor market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies
to identify growth opportunitiesRepresent the company at trade shows, conferences, and client meetings
when requiredProvide regular sales reports and forecasts
to managementMaintain CRM records
and ensure all client information is up to dateCompensation:
Salary: €3,200 to €4,000 per month (based on experience). 7.5% commission on profit from each sale. Annual bonuses, Christmas bonuses, holidays, complimentary drinks, free parking, company events, and ongoing sales training.
