Job Description

We are looking for a bilingual German/English freelance sales professional to support our growth in the Swiss continuing education market. This is a fully remote role, approximately 15 hours per week, ideal for a highly personable, results-driven profile who enjoys both inbound and outbound sales.

Key responsibilities

Handle and qualify incoming training enquiries (phone, email, web leads). Advise prospects and propose the most relevant training solution. Match trainers with client needs and coordinate the training set-up (availability, format, expectations). Maintain accurate follow-up and reporting (pipeline, conversion, next steps).

Requirements

Native-level or fluent German and English (mandatory). Strong commercial mindset: proactive, persuasive, and goal-oriented. Excellent organization and reliability: able to manage multiple leads and priorities. Proven experience in sales (B2B preferred); experience within a training provider / education center is a strong advantage. Freelance status required (registered independent contractor).

Workload: ~15 hours/week Location: 100% remote Contract: Freelance / independent contractor Compensation: fixed retainer + performance-based commission
