Aufgaben

  • You plan and implement successful sales campaigns for our customers
  • You are responsible for the creation of targeted market and competition analyzes, derive sales and growth strategies and decisive impulses for CarOnSale
  • You own our Lead Management (acquisition, handover, tracking and reporting)
  • You measure our success and recommend action for the sales management
  • You are an important part of the implementation of Salesforce
  • You control the further development of our sales processes in Salesforce
  • You ensure excellent data quality in Salesforce
  • You create sales-relevant dashboards, reports and analyzes and track KPIs (e.g. conversion, efficiency of lead sources, campaign tracking, duration of sales cycle) over time
  • You define, train and follow-up our sales processes including onboarding of new sales colleagues
  • You create together with the CoS Founders convincing sales presentations for appointments at major clients
Qualifikation

  • You studied Business Administration, Management, (Business) Computer Science or Mathematics and completed it with above-average success
  • You have several years of experience in the management of sales processes, (plus if in the automotive environment)
  • You have a strong track record in lead generation and new business development
  • You have at least four years of professional experience in sales operations, sales or consulting/project management
  • You are a professional in dealing with Salesforce or other CRM solutions
  • You have already experienced the implementation of Salesforce (especially sales & service cloud)
  • You are established in field sales monitoring
  • You are well versed in using Google Suite and MS Office (especially Google Sheets and MS Excel)
  • You are number-oriented and have a strong analytical mindset
  • You bring enthusiasm for entrepreneurship and a strong hands-on mentality
  • You have a passion for digital innovations, new technologies and business models
  • You have excellent communication skills, organizational skills and customer orientation
  • Excellent spoken and written German and English skills
