In your new role, you will participate to support the end to end KYC process with Clearstream’s non account holder clients. You will be directly responsible for helping Middle Officers facilitating KYC cases for a group of non-account holding clients from the public and client document collection, and verification, and working with Relationship Managers and Compliance teams to ensure your cases get completed in a timely manner.
Your responsibilities
Support Middle Officers pull public sources for client’s statutory and KYC/AML documentation
Help coordinate contact with client’s directly to collect all non public information
Liaise with internal teams, from front line RMs to Compliance to facilitate your KYC cases get completed.
Your profile
Strong organizational and solution orientation skillset and multi-tasking ability
Strong sense of ownership and responsibility for your work
Ability to work independently as well as in a team in a diverse and international environment
Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment
Experience with SAP systems (ERP, CRM, S4, Fiori), account maintenance and archiving tools is an advantage
Additional information
We have a standard workday of 8 hours, with flexible shift schedules ranging from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
