Your key responsibilities include:
Build, maintain, and optimize
existing
business relationships
Acquire and manage accounts
with a focus on
event agencies and pharmaceutical companies in the DACH region
Actively seek out new business opportunities
and monitor market trends
Represent your markets through
business trips and trade fairs
Act as the
main contact for contract negotiations
and proposals
Apply your
market knowledge and customer analysis skills
effectively
Coordinate national and international inquiries and offers
Conduct
telemarketing and mailing campaigns
Organize and support
Fam Trips, presentations, and Sales Blitzes
Contribute new ideas
for client care and acquisition
Identify and develop potential markets
early on
Co-develop sales strategies aligned with budget targets
Support and share expertise
with your colleagues
Be able.
Passion for sales and client relationships
Strong communication skills with a professional and approachable demeanor
Team player with a positive attitude, high commitment, and negotiation skills
Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
Proficient in MS Office
Degree or training in hospitality or tourism preferred
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or events
