What You’ll Do



Proactively reach out to qualified sales leads via outbound phone calls and follow-ups to drive conversions. Provide professional sales consultations, understanding customer needs and recommending tailored

PERGOLUX

solutions. Prepare and send quotes, negotiate terms, and close deals to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets. Manage and maintain a high-quality sales pipeline in HubSpot, ensuring excellent data hygiene and forecasting accuracy. Collaborate closely with the SCAN sales team and Country Manager to strengthen

PERGOLUX

’s long-term market presence.

What You’ll Bring



3–5 years of experience in a sales role, ideally with quota ownership and full-cycle responsibility. Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot or a comparable CRM platform. Fluency in

Swedish or Norwegian

, plus professional working proficiency in English. Excellent communication skills, resilience, and a genuine enjoyment of speaking with customers by phone. Interest in premium products, outdoor living, and delivering a high-quality customer experience.
