Full-time - Sales Manager im Außendienst - Hamburg
As a Sales Manager at Saltz Marketplace, you’ll own the full go-to-market playbook: from identifying and acquiring key restaurant partners, to building deep, trusted relationships with chefs and managers, to ensuring long-term success and retention on our platform.
What you will do:
Represent Saltz on the ground - building trust with chefs, decision-makers, and local food communities.
Lead our growth in Hamburg, acting as the primary owner responsible for the acquisition and activation of new restaurant partners.
Build a pipeline by actively sourcing, qualifying, and converting high-potential restaurants, ranging from independent venues to premium kitchens.
Execute full-cycle sales: run live product demos and drive onboarding success.
What you need:
3+ years experience
in restaurant/hospitality operations or field sales, or B2B business development
A strong understanding of how kitchens/food industry operate
Strong consultative and selling skills: you know how to listen, understand needs, and tailor solutions in live conversations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in
German
and professional working English
