Job Description



Lead and coordinate tendering activities for digital solutions, ensuring competitive bids in collaboration with Regional Service Centres. Maintain and improve the digital solution calculation tool, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business needs. Develop and update documentation for new digital products, including calculation logic and methodologies. Support market positioning and pricing strategies for digital service products. Train and support Regional Service Centres in promoting and tendering digital solutions. Build and maintain relationships with customers, project partners, consultants, and agents. Manage risks and opportunities to optimize the company’s commercial and contractual position. Contribute to commercial strategy development, team development, and provide feedback on technical trends.


Qualifications



Experience with automation, digital products, and related business models. Proven Experience in Solution selling. Knowledge of digital products in WtE or RG plants is an advantage. Several years in sales, proposal management, or product management in the power industry. Experience in product management and documentation. Strong customer orientation, communication, and analytical skills. Advanced negotiation and contract management experience. Understanding of industry business practices, service agreements, and commercial/contractual concepts in digitalization. The role requires moderate travel (15–30% annually; 30–70 days per year) Fluent in German & English; additional languages advantageous.
