What we expect
Giving High-Rise specific sales support (with focus but not limited to Product offering, Scope of supply, TP2 pricing support for “Engineering to Order” product offerings, technical clarifications in coordination with mechanical and electrical engineering department, …) to the High-Rise sales representative acting on branch levels in implementing the country dedicated High-Rise elevator strategy at Field level, supporting them in reaching their sales and margin targets.
Support and follow-up corporate initiatives/projects that support the global and local High-Rise strategy (e.g. support local Initiatives to increase NI elevator sales and margin improvement, identify sales process improvements for better sales related costs and high customer satisfaction).
Technical sales support for local Key account Managers, support in negotiations & and if required also contact for questions from major customers.
We work a lot remotely (Microsoft Teams), but it is also necessary to be ready to travel to customer meetings if necessary to support the Field sales representatives in customer meetings. This means direct involvement in International technical workshops with consultants and customers and -sales negotiations and customer relations together with the field representatives.
Input from the market and competitors move about new elevator products, digitalization to other functions inside the company like Highrise PLM, support for Market terms of references, input for R&D.
Identify better sales tools, calculations to and improvement of efficiency of sales processes (CPQ product configuration, segmentation, …) and escalate it to the superior.
Development of NI related Highrise selling plans together with the local organisations.
