Advise customers both commercially and technically on polymers, rubber and additive solutions
Manage and expand existing customer accounts while developing new business
Sell technically sophisticated raw materials for rubber and plastics applications
Act as a key interface between customers and internal technical and commercial teams
Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts and manage pricing agreements
Monitor market trends and customer needs to support strategic sales growth
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Polymer Science, Plastics or Elastomer Engineering, or a comparable technical qualification
Experienced in sales of technically demanding raw materials in the rubber or plastics industry
Required skill(s): interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills; business acumen and commercial mindset with a customer-focused approach; strong analytical skills; self-driven and proactive
Required language(s): verbal and written English, proficiency in other languages is an added advantage
Candidates must possess a valid driving license and be willing to travel
