As a Sales Manager at Eddyfi Technologies, you will be responsible for growing our footprint across Germany & Austria. Ideally based in central Germany, your mission is twofold: to cultivate strong, long-term relationships with existing clients and to strategically identify and secure new business opportunities that drive revenue growth. This role requires a proactive, tech-savvy sales professional who thrives in a high-performance, customer-focused environment.

As a Sales Manager, you must be able to

Develop and execute strategic territory plans to prioritize leads and maximize opportunity conversion. Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and contract negotiations in line with your territory strategy. Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients while identifying areas for growth and cross-selling opportunities. Identify and pursue new market opportunities through research, networking, and targeted outreach. Gain deep expertise in Eddyfi’s product portfolio to position value-driven solutions to prospects. Collaborate with the VP of Sales to review performance metrics, analyze sales reports, and improve processes. Provide insightful market intelligence to Product Managers to support product development and accurate forecasting. Maintain up-to-date CRM records (Salesforce or equivalent), ensuring clear documentation of all customer interactions and sales activities. Participate in internal sales meetings and development trainings. Travel regularly within the territory (by car or air) for client meetings and industry events. Handle essential administrative tasks such as travel bookings and expense reporting. Perform other related duties as required.

What makes you an asset to our team

Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business-related discipline (preferred). 10+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in industrial, high-tech, or non-destructive testing (NDT/NDE) environments. Solid experience in at least one of the following sectors: Oil & Gas (including pipelines and storage) Refining & Petrochemicals Power Generation (Coal, Cogen, Nuclear) Aerospace & Defense Maritime/Shipbuilding Fluency in both German and English; French is a plus. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms (preferably Salesforce). Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a collaborative team player. Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
