RESPONSIBILITIES:


Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales processes. Designing, implementing and improving our strategic sales plans and processes that expands the company’s customer base and also retains current clients (Building a sales blueprint). Business Development, Lead Generation, understanding and defining the needs of our customers to setup a matching quote until deal closing. Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to drive lead generation through targeted marketing campaigns, advertisements, PR initiatives, and other demand-generation activities. Forecasting sales and creating reports. New Customer Acquisition / Cold outreach via Social Media, E-mails and calls. Managing our CRM and Sales / Deal-Pipeline. Scheduling Meetings with Leads and selling our Services & Products in meetings. Client- and Partner network maintenance in the DACH-Region. Maintaining and improving relationships with clients. Responsible for Customer Happiness (Feedback/ Survey/ Calls/ FollowUps). Writing scripts and text templates for sales. Representing Inheaden at Fairs and Events with in-person sales and promotion of our booth.




SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:


Work experience of atleast 3+ years managing clients and a team. Strong leadership and ability to communicate effectively with Partners and Clients in both German and English (must). Strategy Planning and Time Management. Ability to train, coach and manage junior representatives. Solid IT know-how through your experience, studies or a comparable qualification, ideally in IT security, cloud services or IT sales. Experience in direct or indirect sales of products or services that require explanation. Ability to convince customers of Inheaden Services in presentations and negotiations. Willing and able to travel for meetings. Superior convincing skills and a good oration that can catch the interest of people with different characters and personalities. Knowing how to sell our USPs, and to differentiate Inheaden from the competitors while talking to leads/clients
