Sales Manager – SMB Sales (On-Site | Berlin)

As a Sales Manager, you’ll lead a team focused on proactive customer engagement, performance excellence, and continuous improvement. You’ll play a key role in driving revenue, developing people, and shaping how we reach and support SMBs at scale.

What You’ll Be Doing

Lead and develop a sales team focused on proactive outreach and pipeline generation for SMB customers


Set clear performance goals, monitor KPIs, and drive consistent target achievement


Coach your team on sales fundamentals such as discovery, value-based conversations, objection handling, and closing


Analyse pipeline and performance data to identify trends, improve conversion, and optimise sales processes


Collaborate closely with Marketing, RevOps, and Product to improve lead quality and customer experience


Contribute to scalable sales processes and help shape the future growth of the sales organisation

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You

?? Have 3+ years of experience in sales, ideally including team leadership or mentoring


?? Are comfortable in performance-driven environments with proactive customer engagement


?? Have a solid understanding of sales metrics, forecasting, and pipeline management


?? Communicate clearly, confidently, and with empathy — both with customers and team members


? Bonus: Experience in fintech, SaaS, payments, or SMB-focused products
