Your tasks

You are mainly taking care of the European branches of ROHM's automotive accounts and are responsible for the design-in in their on-site development departments as well as for the implementation of product releases.



These include in detail:



Maintain and grow business in a well establish customer network by driving new design-ins through relationships on different customer levels from R&D to management Responsibility for sales budget planning and achievement as well as design-in targets Represent ROHM, prepare and perform annual pricing negotiations Implement, maintain, and improve internal key account strategy together with the key account team Identify and materialize new business opportunities in upcoming business areas and applications Assist customers during design-in developments with support from product managers and field application engineers Present ROHM value proposition against competitors Provide marketing department and product managers with consolidated customer requirements Define new products and product enhancements, to pave the road for continuous future growth

Your profile

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering or comparable Experience in technical sales of a semiconductor company Excellent oral and written communication skills in English or German Experience in the automotive market is an advantage
