As a Senior Sales Manager for Manufacturing, you will lead a team of Account Executives and Account Technology Strategists to execute the go-to-market strategy for your industry and territory. Your mission is to help customers embrace the next wave of industrial revolution, delivering measurable business outcomes and fostering long-term partnerships.



In this role, you will leverage the full breadth of Microsoft’s product portfolio and a multi-functional team to engage at the highest levels of your customers’ organizations. Success requires a proven track record of driving market share growth, exceeding sales targets, and building deep customer relationships. Sales Leadership & Customer Obsession

Drive business growth by leading and empowering account teams, executing the Go-to-Market strategy to deliver customer outcomes across their lifecycle. Elevate customer satisfaction and set the standard for executive engagements with decision-makers and C-level leaders. Maximize share of wallet, achieve key targets (billed revenue, consumption, adoption), and outperform competitors through flawless execution. Foster collaboration across the organization to create business value for customers and deliver strong results for Microsoft.

People Management

Deliver success through empowerment and accountability by modeling, coaching, and caring for your team. Build, develop, and transform your team to meet industry and customer needs by hiring, retaining, and nurturing top talent. Ensure business excellence through pipeline management, forecasting, renewals, and strategic partner engagement.

Qualifications

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Business Administration or a degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field and 6+ years of experience in Sales, Advertising, Marketing, or driving business growth and customer digital transformation, including sales management or leadership.

OR


Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or a technology-related field and 8+ years of experience in Sales, Advertising, Marketing, or driving business growth and customer digital transformation, including sales management or leadership.

OR


Equivalent professional experience.

Required:

Extensive, proven experience in people management and leadership. Prior experience working with Manufacturing organizations. Demonstrated expertise in value-based selling. Strong understanding of how Cloud and (Agentic) AI solutions enable organizations to advance their business.
