Sales Lead - France

€36k – €55k

No equity

We’re Appetite Studio. We build Web3 tools for governance and public good. We work with Govts, NGOs, Businesses, etc. We’re small. We’re experts. We move fast. We care about impact.

And now we’re looking for one solid human in France to help us land and close clients here. No juniors under you. No agencies above you. Just you, deals, and real ownership.

What You’ll Be Doing (aka the job)

You’ll own sales in your region. End to end.

That means:

Finding potential clients Starting real conversations (not spammy nonsense) Understanding their problem (our CTO will help) Turning that into a proposal (we do this together) Closing the deal
Typical project sizes: €10k – €100k+

You won’t just “pass leads”. You’ll close.

You’re based in France You’re comfortable talking to smart people about tech You’ve done sales, BD, partnerships, consulting, or deal-making You don’t freeze when a call turns serious You like autonomy and responsibility
Bonus (not required):

You get Web3 / blockchain / tech services You’ve sold high-ticket services before
If you need daily hand-holding, this isn’t it. If you like ownership, this might be your thing.

Salary

Base: €3,000 – €4,500 / month (depending on exp/region) Commission: 10–15% per closed deals above target Commission is uncapped. If you close more, you earn more.
PS: We do a 1-month probation initially to see if we vibe. During probation:

Base: 50% of the above Commission: Double (20–30%)
Why? Because we reward results, not titles. If it works for both sides ? you’re in from month two.
