? The Role
Your next opportunity—what you'll be doing and how you'll make an impact.
As a Sales Executive at Container xChange, you’ll engage in high-volume B2B container sales into the US market and help scale our growth rapidly. You’ll manage the full sales cycle, build and own a portfolio of buyers, and play a key role in transforming container trading globally.
This is a highly transactional, full-cycle role where you will grow your buyer portfolio while closing +300 deals per month. You will work with a qualified lead pool of roughly 15,000 potential buyers and convert both outbound and inbound demand into closed business.
You will run the entire sales cycle: prospecting, outbound calling, qualification, pricing, negotiation, and closing. Once buyers are activated, 70 to 80 percent of your revenue will come from repeat purchases, allowing you to scale your portfolio fast.
Selling into the US market requires strong English skills, speed, commercial judgment, and the ability to operate in a fragmented buyer landscape. Experience working with American customers is highly preferred.

We are located in the heart of Hamburg and would like you to be based here for this position. However, if you are not in Hamburg already, xChange offers a relocation package and has partnered with Localyze to assist with work permit-related topics to make it possible.
