You'll own the full sales cycle from day one – inbound, outbound, proposals, closes. You'll work directly with our Head of Business Development in a setup where your impact is immediately visible.
We're building ceiling-based robots for warehouse logistics. First of its kind. Systems already live in EU and US. The humanoid robotics boom is coming, and we're positioned to be a key part of it.
What You'll Do

Work through 1,000+ qualified leads and close deals independently
Create proposals for complex hardware installations
Travel to customer sites for demos and installations
Represent CeiliX at trade shows and industry events
Build automations to manage the pipeline
Setup:
Mostly remote. Few days/month in Euskirchen (Cologne-Bonn area) + customer visits. Car helpful.
What We Need

Must-haves:
Fluent German + English (C2 both)
Bachelor's degree + evidence you get stuff done (side projects, leadership, entrepreneurship)
Self-starter who figures things out without a playbook
Technical curiosity – you want to understand how it works
Nice-to-haves:
B2B or industrial sales experience
French or Spanish
Hardware/robotics exposure
