Your Mission
Lead Generation Expert
: Be the friendly first voice prospects hear from HERO in the Netherlands – follow up on hot inbound leads and execute strategic outbound campaigns to book quality demos
Demo Scheduling Specialist
: Own your core KPI by consistently scheduling qualified demo appointments that our Account Executives can convert into customers
Hands-On Support
: Jump in to run demos yourself when needed, helping our Sales Country Lead Netherlands build unstoppable momentum
Market Intelligence Gatherer
: Share valuable insights from customer conversations to help refine our Dutch market entry strategy
Cross-Functional Contributor
: Go beyond traditional SDR tasks by translating marketing materials from English to Dutch and supporting local campaigns
Trade Fair Ambassador
: Represent HERO at Dutch trade fairs and customer events, building our brand presence face-to-face
Team Collaborator
: Work closely with our international sales and marketing teams in Berlin to drive cohesive growth strategies
Requirements
Your Superpowers
Language Mastery
: Native-level Dutch plus excellent English (C1+) for seamless cross-market communication
Sales Foundation
: 1–2 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles, ideally with outbound outreach or inside sales experience
Natural Communicator
: Strong communication skills with a genuine "can-do" attitude that prospects can feel through the phone
Growth Mindset
: Driven self-starter who's energetic, curious, and motivated by building something new in a fast-growing SaaS environment
Travel Ready
: Willing to occasionally travel to the Netherlands for trade fairs and customer events
