Your role




As a Sales Development Representative (m/w/d) in our German office, you expand Orac’s market presence by generating new leads, qualifying inbound requests and growing existing customers in the project and design segment. You work digitally (phone, email, LinkedIn, AI tools) to fill the pipeline for our field sales team and help organize the increasing number of project requests from architects and interior designers.


Your key responsibilities:

Proactive outbound outreach to target customers (designers, architects, distributors) via phone, email, and LinkedIn, including research and building prospect lists. Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns and turn them into concrete opportunities Develop up-and cross-selling potential with existing customers Work closely with the Customer Experience colleagues and field sales in the DACH region to coordinate activities and share insights Test and use modern digital tools to increase efficiency and hit rates in the lead generation process.

What Success Looks Like

Within 30 days, you know our products, target customers and key processes Within 60 days, you generate your first qualified leads and are fully integrated into the DACH sales team Long term: your work makes our lead generation process more efficient and contributes measurably to our growth in the DACH region

Your profile



Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field First experience in b2b lead generation Strong communication skills: clear, persuasive phone and email communication. High digital affinity, confident with CRM systems (ideally Salesforce) and digital prospecting tools Structured and results-driven way of working, high flexibility and a positive team spirit Good English communication skills for onboarding and collaboration with international teams Living in the Cologne region
