Are you a driven and ambitious sales professional ready to make an impact? We're looking for a

Sales Development Representative (SDR)

to join our team and help drive growth across

Germany

for SentinelOne's

enterprise

sales team.



In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying and qualifying high-value leads through both inbound and outbound outreach. You'll serve as a key link between our Marketing and Sales teams - initiating conversations, understanding potential customers' needs, and setting the foundation for successful enterprise-level engagements.



We're looking for someone confident with cold outreach and prospecting, ideally with experience in a Sales Development position. However, we're also open to candidates from other backgrounds with transferable skills in lead generation, business development, or client-facing roles.

What will you do?




Present SentinelOne to potential enterprise clients in the Nordics & Baltics markets. Generate and qualify leads through

cold calls, emails

, and marketing campaigns. Manage inbound interest and actively pursue outbound opportunities to build a strong sales pipeline. Understand client needs, business models, and key decision-making processes. Tailor product messaging and solutions to resonate with enterprise-level prospects. Cultivate and maintain long-term, trusting relationships with key stakeholders. Book qualified meetings and calls for Account Executives to progress deals. Collaborate closely with the enterprise sales team to ensure seamless handoffs and strategic alignment. Report on key metrics, pipeline activity, and outcomes to the Business Development Manager. Stay current on product features, competitive landscape, and relevant industry trends.

Work fully remotely from Germany

, and visit our Amsterdam office once per quarter.

What skills and experience should you bring?




C2 fluency in

English and German (

spoken and written). Proven experience in a Sales Development, Sales Account Executive, or related lead-generation role. Confidence and professionalism in

cold calling and outbound outreach

. A track record of meeting or exceeding

sales quotas

. Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce experience is a plus). Solid working knowledge of Excel for tracking and analyzing performance data. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. The ability to confidently deliver engaging and persuasive presentations. A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a passion for growth and learning.
