About The Role
We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Sales team in Berlin.
In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for many of our future customers. You’ll work closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and Customer Success to identify, qualify, and develop high-quality sales opportunities.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys owning their work, learning fast, and building a strong foundation in SaaS sales within a collaborative startup environment.

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Sales Development Representative, you will:
Own the early stages of the sales process by researching, qualifying, and nurturing inbound and outbound leads via phone, email, and social channels
Conduct discovery calls to understand customer needs and challenges, and identify qualified opportunities for Account Executives
Take a consultative approach to advising prospects on how UXCam can support their product and business goals
Build strong product and industry knowledge in mobile analytics and stay up to date on relevant trends
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales peers on outbound strategies and campaign execution
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and pipeline activity in HubSpot, using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Crunchbase, and others for research

What You’ll Need to Succeed at this role
2+ years of experience in Sales Development or a similar role within SaaS
Hands-on experience with outbound prospecting and lead generation
Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders and resilient in the face of rejection
Highly organized and able to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot or Salesforce) and prospecting tools (e.g. LinkedIn, Apollo)
Coachable mindset — you actively seek feedback and continuously look to improve
Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g. Portuguese, Spanish, Arabic) are a plus
Habit of leveraging AI tools to work more efficiently and improve quality
Right to work in Germany (no visa sponsorship available for this role)
