We’re looking for a sharp, charming and ambitious

Sales Development Representative

– someone hungry to build relationships, book meetings, and help shape our very first team in Germany.

This isn’t your typical SDR role. One day you’ll be running LinkedIn sequences and phone outreach. The next, you’ll be handing out fruit baskets and branded merch to prospects (yes, really) as part of our field campaigns. The goal? Open doors, spark conversations, and turn curiosity into meetings.

What you’ll do



Drive pipeline growth through calls, email outreach, and social selling. Bring energy to creative field sales campaigns in Berlin (fruit baskets, premium coffee drops, or surprise merch deliveries). Book discovery calls, demos, and sales-qualified meetings with decision-makers. Build trust with office managers and CFOs, showing how Officeguru makes office life effortless. Team up with marketing and sales to shape how we grow in Berlin.

What you bring



A natural people person – you’re outgoing, persuasive, and not afraid of a “no.” Hungry to prove yourself in sales and kick off your career. Fluent in German (native or near-native) + confident in English. A proactive, energetic mindset: you see opportunities where others see closed doors.
Experience in sales, events, hospitality, or retail? Great. But your drive and charm matter more than your CV.
