Sales Development Manager (m/f/d)
, who can identify new sales opportunities and expand the share in existing accounts within the Fluid Conveyance Division for OEM channel.
In this role, you will work closely with key stakeholders across business units, technical teams, and external partners to drive strategic initiatives and develop new business opportunities. This position offers international exposure, a collaborative culture, and exciting growth potential.
The preferred location is Baden-Baden Germany but we are also open to other Danfoss locations in Netherlands, Italy, Austria and Switzerland and Poland. You can expect regular travel (up to 25%) and close collaboration with global colleagues.
What You’ll Be Doing
Drive growth by identifying new opportunities and supporting strategic accounts across targeted regions and channels
Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and product teams to deliver tailored value propositions to OEM and distribution partners
Lead strategic customer engagements and support local sales teams in key negotiations and project pursuits
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across new and existing accounts
Maintain accurate pipeline and opportunity data within CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce)
Analyze market coverage, penetration, and identify gaps and trends across regions and product lines
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or a related discipline
Several years of sales or business development experience, ideally within the fluid conveyance industry or a related sector
Proven ability to drive customer growth and build strategic relationships
Fluent in English and it is beneficial if you master German as well.
Great commercial acumen and customer-centric mindset
Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce), MS Office, and ideally SAP
