Then you should not miss out on this opportunity in our Molex team in Walldorf, as we are looking for a passionate and entrepreneurial Manager (m/f/d) for our Central Europe Sales Development Team. In this position you will have the possibility to further develop our Sales Development team and together with your team drive profitable growth in your region.

In this role we offer a hybrid working model and the travel requirement is around 25%.

Our Team



You will be managing our diverse sales team of young and highly motivated sales professionals, who passionately strive for market leadership and developing innovative solutions for our clients. You will become part of an innovative team, passionate about traditional and digital sales tactics. Your team is supporting direct and distribution customers from various industries, from start-ups to established OEMs to design the electronic devices of the future.

What You Will Do



Management and continuous development of the Central European Sales Development Account Manager Team. Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to the team - manage and grow expertise to enhance career development and increase value contribution of each team member. Develop and execute the strategic direction for the Central European Sales Development Team to drive demand creation opportunities and profitable growth within the Central European market. D evelop, foster, and expand customer network by applying traditional and digital sales tactics. Capture both technical and commercial customer requirements in collaboration with other Molex resource groups (Tech Support, Outside Sales, Product Managers, and others). Work with lead generation and marketing teams to understand and nurture leads through multiple digital campaigns, tradeshows, and social media channels. Develop new and innovative ideas that enhance the customer's experience with the region.



Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)





Passion and experience working in sales/ account management/ inside sales or sales related function within a technical product area. Strong interpersonal skills, as well as strong communication and negotiation skills combine with leadership capabilities. Ability to use digital sales tactics to increase revenue (i.e. molex.com, Salesforce, digital marketing, and social media). Fluent communication skills in German and English.

What Will Put You Ahead





Engineering degree in electrical engineering/ mechanical engineering/ industrial engineering or related field. Experience using SAP and Salesforce would be preferred. Subject knowledge or experience in connectivity/ electronics industry would be beneficial.
